This activator contains the lowest oxygen percentage in its category (2.5 volumes – 0.75%). Such a low percentage helps reduce stress on blonde strands, which are naturally more delicate and fragile. Formula exclusively designed for lightened and weakened hair.
It must be used with Charcolite Gloss Toner.
