* Mix in a 1:2 ratio— for every 1 oz of Charcolite Powder, add 2 oz of Difiaba Cream Developer (5–40 volume).
* Blend thoroughly until the mixture achieves a uniform grey consistency.

APPLICATION

* Apply only to dry hair
* Use the mixture immediately after preparation for best performance.

PROCESSING

* Processing time will vary based on the desired level of lift.
* The **level of lift increases with time**, up to 45 minutes total.
* If additional lift is needed after 30 minutes, prepare a fresh mixture and apply directly (without rinsing) for an additional 15–20 minutes
* To visually check the lift, wipe a small strand with a dry towel.

IMPORTANT:

* Charcolite Platinum Powder performs best at **body temperature (95–105°F / 36–40°C)
* While additional heat is not always required, for applications far from the scalp, use a mild heat source to maintain hair temperature within this range.
* Do not exceed 105°F (40°C)
* For freehand painting and balayage, use a higher volume developer and ensure the **ambient temperature** is no lower than 72°F (22°C)** for consistent lift.

RINSING

Once processing is complete:

1. Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear.
2. Wash with Charcolite Cool Toning Shampoo.
3. Condition with Charcolite Cool Toning Conditioner to neutralize unwanted warmth and enhance cool tones.
